Detailed Description

For all Water Jet and Laser Cutting jobs, the following process should be followed.

1. Student / Customer either phones, emails or calls into the shop detailing what they want to purchase.
2. Member of staff cost their requirements and allocate a unique reference to the order.
3. Member of staff relays the unique reference and cost to the student / customer.
4. Student / customer logs onto Online Store and makes payment.
5. Student / customer calls into shop and picks up goods.
