Detailed Description

For all purchases from the Surface Pattern shop, the following process should be followed.

1. Student either phones, emails or calls into the shop detailing what they want to purchase.
2. Member of staff cost their requirements and allocate a unique reference to the order.
3. Member of staff relays the unique reference and cost to the student.
4. Student logs onto Online Store and makes payment.
5. Student calls into shop and picks up goods.
