Option 1 - Aerobic Assessment: £70pp (normal price £120pp)

VO₂max, anaerobic threshold, lung efficiency, body composition

As above but excluding the exercise prescription and follow up assessment.

Option 2 - Full Aerobic Assessment + follow up assessment: £150 (normal price £200pp)

As above but including a follow up test
