Classes:            Two online sessions per week

Wednesdays 13:00 to 14:00

Sundays 12:00 to 13:30

 

Optional bedtime qigong online session: Daily 21:00 – 22:00

 

Session recordings: Available to view at any time

Cost:                £35/£30 concessions

 

 Course Description

The Sleep-Improving Qigong practice consists of five simple sections which can be performed standing, sitting or lying in bed.

The opening section prepares you to relax and enter a qi state where mind, body and qi blend into a unified whole.

The three middle sections help to unblock qi flow, nourish the internal organs, and with the addition of chanting the energetic sound signature of each organ, create a vibrational resonance that helps to eliminate imbalance that causes poor sleep.

 The closing section quietly nourishes qi and prepares the body for sleep.
